Digital package license

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive licence to use the purchased ALTERA2ION package in your own architectural image workflow. The package can include installer files, workflow JSON, guide files, example outputs, encrypted `.a2enc` LoRA files, and the required ALTERA2ION custom node.

Professional purchases may be used to create commercial architectural visuals for the buyer's own practice, studio, clients, competitions, presentations, and internal design work unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Student purchases are for education and personal study unless ALTERA2ION confirms commercial use in writing. Student pricing must not be used by a studio, employer, or commercial buyer.

The files are licensed, not sold. You may not resell, redistribute, mirror, publish, sublicense, publicly upload, or share package files, `.a2enc` files, LoRA files, workflow graphs, installers, private download links, account access, or activation access.

Outright local access is limited to one buyer account and one active local machine per purchased product unless ALTERA2ION agrees otherwise in writing.

The public custom node may be installed freely where published, but encrypted ALTERA2ION models and paid workflow packages remain licensed assets.

The package may not be embedded into a public SaaS, pack marketplace, automated resale workflow, training-data distribution product, or third-party service without written permission from ALTERA2ION.

ALTERA2ION may suspend or revoke access for fraud, chargebacks, licence abuse, shared credentials, shared model files, or attempts to bypass activation/decryption controls.
